Supply high temperature proof fiber glass fabric like 3732 and 7628, high silica fabric, texturized fiber glass cloth products,fabrics with rubber coated, fireproof blanket and welding blanket,woven roving, fiberglass mat, fiberglass mesh.

(1)   high temperature proof fiberglass fabric like 3732 and 7628,HT800

It has: plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, gauze weave.
a).Plain weave:  it can be used in electricity insulation materials and reinforced materials in industry, because of inseparable structure, plain and clear lines. Such as EW140, EW7628. 3732,

b).Twill weave: compared with plain weave, it is of high density, high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave. It can be used in ordinary reinforced materials, filter materials, and painting cloth, such as EW3732, EW3784.
c) Satin weave: compared with plain weave and twill weave, it is of high density,high intensity, with a soft and loose structural weave with a good texture. It is applicable for use as a higher reinforced material in machinery, such as EW3784,EW3788.
d).Gauze weave: said lattice twist weave. It can be used in spread model curtain,resin reinforced emery wheel gray cloth and lattice embed belt. specification:5*5, 6*6 and 8*8

(2)High silica fiberglass fabrics:

High silica fiberglass is inorganic fiber which contents more than 96% of SiO2. it is materials of high temperature resistance for fireproof protective cloth, fireproof curtain, fire blanket, protective materials for welding, filter for molten metal, dust collecting in media of high temperature gas and filtration in media of high temperature liquid,etc.

High temperature properties: 

Soft point nearly 1700 deg, It can work 10 minutes at 1450 deg

keep good state at 1600 deg for 15 seconds.

long period service at 1000 deg for working temperature.

Excellent ability: low thermal conductivity, good chemical stability,

good electric insulation, low thermal shrinkage.

(3) Texturized fiberglass yarn, tape, cloth, rope:

Glass fiber texturized yarn is textured through special instrument with high-pressure air. It is as high strength as continuous fiber and as bulky as staple fiber. It has some good properties, such as high temperature resistance ( 550deg), low thermal conductivity coefficient.

(4)Fiberglass fabrics with silicone rubber coated:

Rubber coating fiberglass cloth is a fiberglass cloth, which possesses the properties of temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, high strength and made by rolling or impregnation with organic rubber. It is a newly made product with properties and many uses.

(5) fireproof blanket and welding blanket:

Our fire blanket is made of fiberglass which is soft and compact and can endure 550deg. Its the most perfect and effective outer protective laver then can wrap the burning object quickly with its rough surface and also can be reused for several times when its in good condition.

Normal size: 1m x 1m, 1.2m x 1.2m, 1.2m x 1.5m, 1.5m x 1.5m, 1.5m x 1.8m, 1.8m x 1.8m, and etc.

(6) woven roving reinforced for FRP products.

  Woven roving is a fabric made by interweaving roving and is mainly used for hand lay up process. The woven roving has the specification ranging from 200-1200g/, width can be from 10-320cm. The roll length is 50-150m or as per request from customers.

 Its type has E-glass or c-glass. Woven Roving is compatible with many resins, densely aligned fibers resulting in a high strength. It is a high-performance reinforcement and widely used in hand and machine production, such as boats, vessels, plane and automotive parts. 

(7)ALKALINE RESISTANT FIBERGLASS MESH

Alkaline-resistant fiberglass mesh is woven by fiberglass yarn as its basis mesh, and then coated by alkaline resistant latex. It has fine alkaline-resistant, high strength, etc. As an ideal engineering material in construction, it is mainly used to reinforce cement, stone, wall materials, roofing, and gypsum and so on.

We can supply specifications from 30g/m2 to 500g/m2 for mesh.

Main size: 5mm x 5mm or 4mm x 4mm, 75 g/m2, 90 g/m2, 125 g/m2,145 g/m2, 160 g/m2.
